Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a ring just isn’t “the one”, so we very happily accept returns. You have 14 days from receiving your order (determined by delivery date) to decide if it is right for you. Please contact our team within this 14 day period to organise and approve your return.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on Custom or Made To Order rings. These items cannot be resold or returned for sale.

Any cancellations whereby "Not Sure? Send Ring Sizing Kit" was selected, and no ring has been sent; The cost of the ring sizing kit ($19) will be deducted from the refundable amount unless returned.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that have already been exchanged using the One Free Size Exchange, or replaced using our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Shipping upgrades and gift wrapping are non-refundable.
  

Terms and Conditions
  

Applications for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your initial order. We classify an order as received when tracking shows it has been delivered. If tracking is unavailable, your order will be classified as received after 10 days from shipment.

Approved returns will be subject to a restocking fee of the total order price. To read more, visit our returns page.

Shipping upgrades and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

All returns must be approved via email correspondence. We do not accept any returns that are not pre-approved. Any unsolicited returns will be returned to sender.

We do not accept returns for items that have been exchanged or have been replaced using our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.

We do not accept returns or offer any refunds for items that are worn, abused, scratched or damaged from daily use. Day to day wear and tear is not considered a fault. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept responsibility for lost mail, so please ensure a safe and secure method of shipping is used (i.e tracking). Any lost returns will need to be reimbursed by your chosen courier.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval. Please keep shipping receipts or tracking numbers.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued until all item/s are returned. No exceptions. Applies to all change of mind returns, faulty/defective item returns, and items returned with damage/wear and tear.

If an item is found to be damaged, you will have the choice of having it returned to you (at your cost) or paying a fee.

All returns for change of mind are at our discretion and must be approved. We reserve the right to deny any change of mind return. Any suspicious behaviour will void the option for a return.

All prices at the time of ordering are final. If prices are reduced in the future, we do not accept returns for the purpose of repurchasing at the lower price.

All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Under no circumstances will funds be deposited into a different account or method of payment.

 
Free Exchange

All pre-made rings valued over $70 AUD include a free exchange that is valid for 14 days after receiving your order. That means no restocking fee or additional postage charges to ship your replacement ring. We also provide a prepaid return mailer completely free of charge to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.

*Made to Order or Custom rings and pieces do not qualify for a free exchange or standard exchange.

Please note: Canadian addresses do not qualify for prepaid return shipping and must pay return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for items once they have been exchanged. So please ensure you are happy with your purchase before requesting an exchange.

All exchanges are at our discretion and must be approved. Any suspicious behaviour will void the option for an exchange or return.

Made to Order (custom) rings and pieces do not qualify for an exchange or free exchange.

Canadian addresses do not qualify for prepaid return shipping and must pay return shipping costs.

We understand that styles and finger sizes change over time, so why shouldn’t your ring. As tungsten and titanium rings cannot be resized, we want to ensure our customers have an easy and affordable solution.
 
Should you need a different size, replacement due to damage, or simply wish to change designs in the future, we will exchange it with another ring of equal or lesser value for a fraction of the price.
