We are extending our size exchange period for the Christmas holidays. All pre-made rings ordered between the 15th of November and the 23rd of December, will have until the 6th of January to request a size exchange. *Rings must be kept in perfect "as new" condition to be eligible.

Need a different size or style?

We understand that getting the perfect fit online can be trial and error, so we very happily accept exchanges for our entire range of pre-made rings. You have 14 days from receiving your order (determined by delivery date) to request an exchange.
 
*All pre-made ring orders over $70 AUD include ONE free exchange.
*Made to Order and Custom rings are not eligible for an exchange.

How to apply

1. Fill out our online exchange request form, found here. Or simply contact our support team to make your request.
 
2. We will provide instructions on how to properly size your new ring using the ring sizing tool provided with your order.
 
3. After we confirm your size we will ship your new ring using the original method of shipment.
 
4. You receive your new ring, and return the old ring in the prepaid return mailer provided.

Important

 *A shipping fee of $10 AUD applies to orders valued under $70 AUD. This covers the cost to ship your exchange, and also provides you with a prepaid return mailer for your old ring/s.

*Made to Order rings do not qualify for an exchange.

*Rings must be return in "As New" condition. Damaged rings will incur additional charges.

Terms and Conditions 

  

Applications for a Size Exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order exceeds this, please contact our team.

If a second size exchange is required within the 14 day period, there will be an additional fee, and all rings from the applicable order must be returned to us before a new ring is sent. 

All paid exchanges are final and the amount paid to exchange will not refunded.

To qualify for our a Size Exchange, your ring must have no visible signs of wear and tear, scratches or damage of any kind. 

We do not accept returns for items once they have been exchanged. So please ensure you are happy with your purchase before requesting an exchange.

After you receive your exchange, you will have 14 days to return any other rings in your possession. Failure to do so will void all services, and incur a charge.

We do not accept exchanges on any Made to Order (Custom) rings or items.

All exchanges are at our discretion and must be approved. Any suspicious behaviour will void the option for an exchange or return.
