Sizing

We strongly suggest all potential buyers are sized for a comfort fit or standard fit ring by a professional jeweller. If you are unsure if you need a comfort or standard fit size, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

All rings include ONE free size exchange that is valid for 14 days after receiving your order. That means no restocking fee or additional postage charges to ship your replacement ring. We also provide a prepaid return mailer completely free of charge to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.

* Please note, Canadian addresses do not qualify for prepaid return shipping. 

Due to the extreme strength of these metals, they cannot be resized. We recommend getting sized by a professional jeweller before purchasing. But rest assured, all orders include ONE free size exchange to ensure you will get the perfect size.

Services

We do not offer engraving on our products to protect our customers and their right to return and exchange items. We would encourage all buyers to avoid engraving when purchasing luxury items online as engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Absolutely! We highly recommend having your ring laser engraved by a professional.
We do not offer custom pieces.

All orders include tracking. We use only the safest couriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in one piece.
