We strongly suggest all potential buyers are sized for a comfort fit or standard fit ring by a professional jeweller. If you are unsure if you need a comfort or standard fit size, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
All of our luxury rings include ONE free size exchange. That means no additional postage charges to ship your replacement. Every order includes a free ring sizer to help you get the perfect fit and return packaging to make the process as easy as possible. All subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping and restocking costs. For all exchanges, only a replacement ring will be shipped (no additional packaging or extras included). This guarantee only applies to exchanging sizes in the same design.

Due to the extreme strength of these metals, they cannot be resized. We recommend getting sized by a professional jeweller before purchasing. But rest assured, all of our luxury rings include ONE free size exchange to ensure you will get the perfect size.
All orders over $25 AUD include tracking. We use only the safest couriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in one piece.
Orders below $25 AUD are sent via untracked letter mail. Tracking can be purchased at the checkout.
