Frequently Asked Questions

Sizing

We strongly suggest all potential buyers are sized for a comfort fit or standard fit ring by a professional jeweller. If you are unsure if you need a comfort or standard fit size, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

All orders over $50 include ONE free size exchange. That means no additional postage charges to ship your replacement. Every order includes a free ring sizer to help you get the perfect fit and return packaging to make the process as easy as possible. All subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping and restocking costs. For all exchanges, only a replacement ring will be shipped (no additional packaging or extras included). This guarantee only applies to exchanging sizes in the same design.

* Please note, international orders do not qualify for prepaid return shipping.

Due to the extreme strength of these metals, they cannot be resized. We recommend getting sized by a professional jeweller before purchasing. But rest assured, all orders over $50 include ONE free size exchange to ensure you will get the perfect size.
