Not Your Forever Ring

We understand that sometimes a ring just isn’t “the one”, so we very happily accept returns. You have 14 days from receiving your order (determined by delivery date) to decide if it is right for you. Please contact our team within this 14 day period to organise and approve your return.

How to Apply

  1. Contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order (determined by delivery date).
  2. Our team will provide instructions on our return process, from which you will have 7 days to ship your return.
  3. After we receive your return and it has been inspected and approved we will issue any applicable refund.

* All returning items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, that will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers our costs for shipping & handling, transaction & processing fees, and the cost to assess and professionally clean returned item/s.

Important Information

* Shipping upgrades (express shipping), ring boxes, ring sizing tools, and gift wrapping are non-refundable, as they are considered single use items and cannot be resold.

* If a returned item is found to be damaged, or has any signs of wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading etc.), you will have the option to keep the item or pay a fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

* For orders that have been exchanged via a paid size exchange: the cost to exchange will not be refunded.

Terms and Conditions

Applications for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your initial order. We classify an order as received when tracking shows it has been delivered. If tracking is unavailable, your order will be classified as received after 10 days from shipment.

Shipping upgrades, ring boxes and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

Approved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the item price. For example, if your ring costs $100, a restocking fee of $15 applies.

All returns must be approved via email correspondence. We do not accept any returns that are not pre-approved. Any unsolicited returns will be returned to sender.

We do not accept returns for items that have been previously exchanged using the One Free Size Exchange or Paid Size Exchange, or have been replaced using our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.

We do not accept returns or offer any refunds for items that are worn, abused, scratched or damaged from daily use. Day to day wear and tear is not considered a fault. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept responsibility for lost mail, so please ensure a safe and secure method of shipping is used (i.e tracking). Any lost returns will need to be reimbursed by your chosen courier.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval. Please keep shipping receipts or tracking numbers.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued until all item/s are returned. No exceptions. Applies to all change of mind returns, faulty/defective item returns, and items returned with damage/wear and tear.

If an item is found to be damaged, you will have the choice of having it returned to you (at your cost) or paying a fee.

All returns for change of mind are at our discretion and must be approved. We reserve the right to deny any change of mind return. Any suspicious behaviour will void the option for a return.

All prices at the time of ordering are final. If prices are reduced in the future, we do not accept returns for the purpose of repurchasing at the lower price.

All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Under no circumstances will funds be deposited into a different account or method of payment.

Returns for orders made with a gift card or store credit, will be refunded to a gift card or store credit. Under no circumstances will we refund to a different method of payment (credit cards, bank account, Paypal etc.).
