Follow these easy steps to request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before continuing, please note:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (calculated on the order total), which covers cleaning, processing fees, and shipping costs (to and from). This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. *Minimum restocking fee is $10 AUD.
Step 1.
Complete the request form at the bottom of this page. Once our team has approved your request, we will send a prepaid return label to your email address.
Step 2.
Print your return label at home and stick over the old label on your package. If you no longer have your original package (bubble lined mailer), you can use your own packaging or purchase one from your local post office.
Step 3.
Place all items, packaging and accessories into your package. Then hand your return to your local AusPost/NZPost within 7 days of receiving your label. Keep your lodgement receipt as proof the parcel has been accepted and shipped.
Step 4.
Our team will inspect your return, and once approved, will refund the applicable amount.
