Custom and Made To Order rings cannot be exchanged or returned as they are made just for you and your exact size, meaning they cannot be resold or returned to sale. So please triple check your size before confirming.
Allow an extra 2-5 business days for delivery of your ring sizing kit. This is not included in the quoted crafting time.
Our ring sizing kit must be used before crafting can begin. No exceptions. Photo proof of size may be required.
Cancellations before crafting begins will attract a $10 fee. This covers our lost shipping costs and ring sizing kit. Once crafting has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Made to order and custom rings do not qualify for a free exchange, free size exchange or standard exchange.
Crafting times are approximate and may take less or more time than quoted. We will do our absolute best to meet the quoted crafting times, but unforeseen delays or errors can occur which incur more time.
