Amazing Customer Service!

I recently bought this ring for my fiance as his wedding band, and we both absolutely love it! He finds it very comfortable to wear, and being tungsten means that it should be reasonably durable compared to rings of other materials (he is a tradie and always working with his hands). An added bonus was the pop of colour that the blue inlay provides. He was after something a little bit different while still being fairly simple. This ring ticks all the boxes.
We unfortunately ended up ordering a size too small, and were absolutely amazed at the extremely quick and efficient customer service that we received.
My email to customer service was replied to almost instantly, and not only were we sent another ring in the correct size, but we were actually sent two different sizes to choose from as he appeared to be in between sizes on the ring sizer. This made choosing the correct size so simple!
We would both definitely recommend both this ring, and Elk and Cub in general to anyone looking for a ring!
