What if I order the wrong size?

All of our rings can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order (as determined by tracking). Orders over $70 AUD include one free exchange!

Exchange Information

Can Tungsten, Titanium, or Ceramic rings be resized?

Due to the extreme strength of these metals, they cannot be resized. But rest assured, all orders are eligible for an exchange to ensure you will get the perfect size.

Do you offer engraving?

We do not offer engraving on our products to protect our customers and their right to return and exchange items. However, for the cleanest results, we highly recommend laser engraving!

Can my Tungsten, Titanium, or Ceramic ring be engraved?

Absolutely! We highly recommend having your ring laser engraved by a professional. Due to the strength of our rings, we do not recommend traditional pen/hand/etch engraving as it can lead to poor legibility and comprise the strength of your ring.

Can you make a custom piece or size?

Sorry, we do not offer custom pieces.
