Size Exchange – Rings under $100

     

All rings valued under $100 are eligible for a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  For a small fee, we will ship your new size, and provide a prepaid return mailer for your current ring.

The cost to exchange your ring, which covers all shipping costs is: $10 AUD.

   

How to Apply

1. Contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your original order number and the email address used when purchasing.

2. We will provide instructions on how to properly size your new ring using the ring sizing tool provided with your order.

3. After we confirm your size, we will send a payment link. Once paid, we will ship your new ring using the original method of shipment.

4. You receive your new ring, and return the old ring in the prepaid return mailer provided.

Terms and Conditions

Applications for a Size Exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

If a second size exchange is required within the 14 day period, there will be an additional fee, and all rings from the applicable order must be returned to us before a new ring is sent. 

To qualify for our a Size Exchange, your ring must have no visible signs of wear and tear, scratches or damage of any kind. 

We do not accept returns for items once they have been exchanged. So please ensure you are happy with your purchase before requesting an exchange.

After you receive your exchange, you will have 14 days to return any other rings in your possession. Failure to do so will void all services, benefits, and communication.

All exchanges are at our discretion and must be approved. Any suspicious behaviour will void the option for an exchange or return.
