Exchanges & Returns

 

One Free Size Exchange 

All luxury rings (excluding silicone rings) include ONE free size exchange. That means no additional postage charges to ship your replacement ring. Every order includes a free ring sizer to help you get the perfect fit and *prepaid return packaging and postage to make the process as easy and risk free as possible.

If you would like to apply for an exchange, please contact us to arrange a replacement and shipping approval.

* Applications must be made within 14 days of receiving order. 

* Item/s must be returned in as new condition.

* We do not accept exchanges or offer any refunds for items that are worn, abused, scratched or damaged from daily use. 

* All exchanges are at our discretion and must be approved. Any suspicious behaviour will void the option for an exchange or return.

* Please note, international orders (outside of Australia) do not qualify for prepaid return shipping. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

* Prepaid return packaging is only applicable for exchanges, and only valid for 14 days after receiving your order. 

 

 

Returns / Refunds

Should you wish to return your order, please contact us immediately.

* Applications for returns must be made in 14 days of receiving initial order and must be approved via email correspondence. We do not accept any returns that are not pre-approved.  

* We do not accept returns for items that have been exchanged for a different size or design. 

* We do not accept returns or offer any refunds for items that are worn, abused, scratched or damaged from daily use. Day to day wear and tear is not considered a fault. 

* Approved returns (excluding exchanges) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the total order price. For example, if your order total (including shipping) is $100, a restocking fee of $15 applies. The restocking fee does not include the fee for lost gift packaging and/or accessories. 

* All items included with your order must be returned. This includes all gift packaging and accessories. For returns that are missing packaging and accessories a fee of $10 AUD will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept responsibility for lost mail, so please ensure a safe and secure method of shipping is used (i.e tracking).

* Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval. Please keep shipping receipts or tracking numbers.

* Refunds will not be issued until all item/s are returned and inspected. If an item is found to be damaged, the return/refund will be void, and the order will be returned to the customer.

* All returns are at our discretion and must be approved. We reserve the right to deny any return. Any suspicious behaviour will void the option for a return.

* All prices at the time of ordering are final. If prices are reduced in the future, we do not accept returns for the purpose of repurchasing at the lower price.

* All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Under no circumstances will funds be deposited into a different account or method of payment.
